Since the humanity has entered the industrialization society, the crude oil massive uses and the energy demand continued to surge upward causes the existing crude oil reserve trend to dry up, the energy question becomes the global prominent question.In 2005, on the "Global Wealth Forum", which first held in China, the topic of "Energy: Seeking the fuel for the continued economical development" became the hot spot. Due to China's economy continued to grow rapidly, the energy consumption quantity also unceasingly increased, therefore some influences overseas sent out the view that China is the world energy tense root. Regarding this, our government stressed that our country' policy to the energy challenge should be: we based energy support on domestic, persisted to tap new resources and reduce expenditure to develop simultaneously. According to counts, two thirds of the world oil consumption comes from the transportation. This domain energy consumption question has receives the domestic and foreign experts' universal attention.The modern logistics develops on the base of traditional transportation and house-storing industry, is considered the third profit fountainhead besides the enterprise makes profit by reducing commodity consumption and enhancing the labor productivity, plays a vital role in the national economy and the social development. At present, the logistics in our country already entered the developing period.
