Research And Application On RCPSP Based On Grey Slope Analysis

Project construction is a complicated system, in addition to the time constraints, the process of project implementation also subject to various resource constraints. We must develop a reasonable and feasible scheduling scheme to ensure the project to be completed on time and with quality assurance. Over these years, the network planning technology based on PERT / CPM has had some success, it shorten the construction period. However, due to the neglect of the project implementation process of resource constraints, relying on the traditional network planning technology is not enough to effectively guide the management of the actual work of project scheduling.To solve this problem, on the basis of extensive literature research and in-depth analysis of project operating factors, this paper proposed a project resource allocation priority rule based on the method of grey slope analysis. Secondly, established an optimization model for resource-constrained project scheduling based on the resources allocation priority of project task and it has been applied to a large integrated chemical project scheduling and verification management. The main thesis is organized as follows:First, the article summarized the resource-constrained project scheduling problem description and classification, the typical resource-constrained project scheduling model and classification, to study the shortage of the existing models of resource-constrained project scheduling problem, prepare the theoretical basis for the below.Second, based on the analysis of the project task resources, studied the various factors affecting the project task resources configuration, and established the key indicators of project task affecting the project task resources configuration, used the grey slope analysis calculate the resources allocation priority of project task, got the resources allocation priority coefficient of project task.Third, considered the various types of project operations logical constraints of resources and time situation, on the basis of the resources allocation priority of project task, built the RCPSP priority optimization model based on job priority, and illustrated the solution process in details.Finally, based on the results of the study, applied the RCPSP priority optimization model based on job priority to a large integrated chemical project scheduling and verification management, used 1stOpt software programming optimization model get the solution, and tested and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of optimization model initially by the analysis of model results.
