As the fast development of both global economic and the model of supply chain quality management, it brings the Chinese automotive industry both opportunities and challenges. In the supply chain mode, the relationship between the auto enterprises developments from the "zero sum" relation of competition to the "win-win" relations of cooperation, and the enterprises of automotive supply chain also development to collaboration, specialization and standardization. However, in the traditional supply chain mode, if there is not have a general method to evaluate the supply chain of each enterprise product quality and the quality of enterprise management level, it makes the automotive product quality problem become an increasingly important issue. Based on the study on evaluation technique of automotive supply chain quality, it can choose suitable suppliers for makers, provide improvement suggestions for product quality problems and macro control performance of the whole supply chain, so as to ensure the quality of products of the auto supply chain and meet the demand of customers. While the unceasing development of information technology, it makes to establish a complete quality evaluation system in the enterprise become possible, and to develop the suitable quality evaluation system for enterprise development strategy, and to make the enterprise evaluation system of scientific management, becomes the one of the development trend of the China's current auto enterprise quality management. In view of the above situation, the evaluation techniques and methods of supply chain quality are studied in this paper, from three aspects: supplier quality, auto assembly product quality and quality performance of the whole supply chain, and to set up scientific evaluation hierarchy, choice the rational evaluation methods and develop corresponding supply chain quality evaluation application software, it can help solve complex auto product quality problems.Firstly, this paper discusses the important significance of research on evaluation technology of automotive supply chain quality, analyzes the relevant theoretical knowledge of automotive supply chain quality, and puts forward the characteristics of automotive supply chain quality manage and control.Secondly, under the environment of supply chain, the paper analyzes the related problems of the auto parts quality and auto parts supplier quality evaluation choice; And according to the deficiency of traditional supplier evaluation index, it provides the three-dimensional structure of the hierarchy model of the auto-parts supplier evaluation based on the lifecycle, then to build a proper quality evaluation index system. Based on this, the paper advances the auto-parts supplier quality evaluation method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) for the supplier selection of suitable. And it is validated the availability of the method by example.Next, from auto product quality angle , according to the characteristics of automobile products, auto product quality evaluation index system is constructed; And for the fuzziness of automobile product quality evaluation, and the limitation of determining weight on the traditional hierarchy analysis method, the automotive products quality evaluation method is proposed based on fuzzy extension analytic hierarchy, and it is proved the feasibility and rationality of the method by example.Then, the paper studied the quality evaluate problem from the whole supply chain quality performance : Analyzed the related content of the quality performance evaluation of auto supply chain, put forward the five dimension chain quality performance balanced scorecard model combining the balanced scorecard with performance excellence ,constructed the performance evaluation index system, and forecasted the performance result using the least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) based on the results of supply chain quality performance.Finally, this paper has done the related research to the automobile supply chain quality evaluation system's demand analysis and the overall design program; and it also expounds the detailed design and function realization of supplier quality evaluation subsystem; Based on these researches ,a software system for the supply chain quality evaluation system (SCQES)is developed.
