In the complex modern environment,modern enterprises is facing more and more huger challenges. To obtain a invincible position in today's rapidly changing world, companies must establish a more flexible and efficient internal collaboration and coordination mechanisms to keep uniform actions and rapid response,teams emerge at a historic moment.With the increasing popularity of the team, how to build effective teams and how to improve team creativity become an important theoretical and practical issue that team leaders, managers and related experts and scholars in the field all concerned.As we all know, team creativity is affected by many factors simultaneously. Although scholars throughout the world have done many theoretical and empirical researches on the factors affecting team creativity and achieved fruitful results, but so far, domestic and foreign scholars haven't made much achievements on team social capital(especially Team's internal social capital ) and it's impact on team creativity,the empirical research on relationship between team's internal social capital and team creativity has not yet been seen. In other words, people know very little about the following issues: Which path does the action follows from different dimensions of team's internal social capital l to team creativity?What's the path's direction and what's the degree of the impact?Is there any intermediate variable between team's internal social capital and team creativity?Along the" team's internal social capitalâ†'team climateâ†'team creativity"logical idea,this study first reviewed the progress of the previous theoretical research,and then propose the hypothesis and theoretical model,followd by the questionnaire survey access to relevant research data,after that,statistical software of spss17.0 and Amos 17.0 are used for small- scale samples's pre-test and confirmatory factor analysis,in the end,we establish the structural equation model and a final best model is selected to test all the hypotheses,we obtain valuable conclusions.This article establish the relational model among team's internal social capital, team climate and team creativity and validate the model law through structural equation model. Another innovation of this study is that , we verified the relationship between team's internal social capital and team climate according to the optimized measurement scale, and came to the conculusion for first time that team's internal social capital and team climate is positively correlated.
