By accumulating expertise, technical personnel and comprehensive information from various areas, scientific and technological intermediary agencies offers technological innovators supporting services, and builds bridges between the innovators, the government, the elements of innovation and the market. In recent years, a growing number of scientific and technological agencies gradually began to form business as corporations under the rule of marketing operation. Thus, researching the business model of science and technology intermediary from the perspective of business operation becomes the forefront subject.Firstly, the paper sums up the theories of domestic and international business model, then defines the business model elements, by combining our scientific and technological agency business and development characteristics of China's science and technology agency. Using the above definition and the survey data, the paper does the qualitative analysis of on scientific and technological intermediary business model positioning and interprets the status of China's scientific and technological intermediary agencies'business models. Further, the paper introduces the LOGIT model, and empirically analyzes the operation effect of the business model, on the basis of China's science and technology intermediary business model operation status and actual situation of the market. In the latter part of the article, the law of its business model and experience has been summarized, under combining with the above conclusion, and a comparative study of Japan, Britain, Germany and the United States'science and technology media business models. At the end, the paper comparisons with international business model and China's business model status of science and technology agencies, then promotes suggestions to effetely improve competitiveness of science and technology intermediary services.
