With China's rapid economic development and accelerated urbanization process, the project investment increased year by year, as the constructioner of engineering project, construction enterprises play an important role in promoting the national economy. Construction enterprises are typical project management enterprises, so multi-projects'management is the core of production. The project schedule management is important parts of project management, a reasonable schedule and effective progress control is an important part of progress. The critical path and PERT are widely used in the construction field, often appear in the actual implementation of the extended schedule and resource conflicts, and thus more difficult to adapt to the modern project management requirements. Therefore, critical chain technology, which may compensate for defects in the traditional schedule management method, is chose to be studied in this thesis, and it has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the briefly describe related theory of the progress of the project management and critical chain project management, This paper describes the features production and operation of construction and project management of the multi-project management of construction enterprises, discusses the core issues of multi-project management of construction enterprises--Multi-Project Scheduling conflicts, combined with the key chain technology is analyzed, combined with technology of critical chain.First of all, multi-project collaborative progress planning system is established. Final planners are introduced in the multi-project scheduling system, combined with the critical chain idea, three multi-project scheduling system is established, three-tier organizational structure of multi-project management has been enriched, and multi-project scheduling formulated process has been designed amply, among which, project priority evaluation index system based on balanced score card is established mainly.Multi-project schedule control was studied based on multi-project schedule planning. Combined with the buffer theory of key chain, management and incentive mechanisms of multi-project schedule control were constructed based on the buffer principle.Finally, the research results were applied to multi-project management cases of construction enterprises to empirically analyses the method proposed in this paper. By adjusting its organization, planning system and buffer progress control and creating incentive mechanism to achieve the ultimate goal.
