The Study On The Development Of Agricultural Circular Economy In Ethnic Minority Areas

With the rapid development of industry in ethnic minority areas and the rapid growth of population,will inevitably bring greater pressure for the agricultural ecological environment,coupled with the impact of traditional economic concepts , taking the predatory exploitation for the agricultural resources,leading to a large number of pollutants produced side by side into the natural environment, making agricultural ecological environment has deteriorated,has posed a serious challenge to the sustainable agricultural development in minority areas.How do minority areas without damaging the ecological environment in rural areas under the premise of the rural economy, sustainable and healthy development? This has become the current rural economic development in ethnic minority areas facing the critical issue. As a mainly agricultural production, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as "Enshi Prefecture "), should follow the natural economic laws and ecological laws and use the agricultural scientific and technological means to build the agricultural cycle economic model system in line with their actual, and to achieve the sustainable use of agriculture resources in Enshi and promote sustainable development of agriculture in Enshi Prefecture.In this paper,Enshi as the main object of study,cycle economics,ecological economics and ecological anthropology theory as guidance,the sustainable development of agriculture in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture as the goal, the starting from both theoretical and practical principles,for the development of agriculture in Enshi Prefecture facing the "steady decline in the stock of land resources, agricultural pollution increasing year by year, the destruction of agro-ecological environmental intensified" and other issues are discussed in detail, and made a systematic analysis of the argument for the feasibility of conditions,necessity and the importance of the development of the development of agriculture circular economy in Enshi Prefecture and. At the same time,learn at home and abroad in the absorption of the influential success agricultural cycle economic model,based on the integrated use of multi-disciplinary knowledge and multiple research methods,presented in Enshi Prefecture Agricultural recycling economy development model selection, namely,Mountain"Planting-Feeding-Processing"combined-cycle-typemodel,Mountain "Eco-courtyard economy" mode,Mountain "Ecological agriculture sightseeing garden" model,and cited specific cases were carried out empirical analysis. In addition, the article also directed the actual situation of the agriculture development in Enshi Prefecture,put forward the five policy proposals in order to protect agriculture recycling economy development model in Enshi Prefecture to promote effective.To achieve truly sustainable agricultural development in ethnic minority areas.
