Study On Knowledge Diffusion In The Industry Cluster

With the advent of knowledge economy and the development of industrial clusters in regional economy, knowledge as a strategic resource will play a very important role in the economic and social development. In the process of knowledge diffusion, the effective knowledge diffusion is very important,which can upgrade the overall level knowledge and competitiveness of the industrial clusters. Under that background, on the basic theory of knowledge diffusion, this paper attempts to clarify the difference and relationship between knowledge diffusion and other related theory, proposes knowledge diffusion path based on the different types of knowledge diffusion.Furtherly based on the theory of industrial cluster, studies on the regular of knowledge diffusion in industrial clusters, and then discuss a variety of mechanisms to achieve knowledge diffusion industry clusters, and analysis obstacles of knowledge diffusion in industrial clusters in our country. Specifically, the paper should include main contents as following:Firstly, the definition of some basic concepts.This paper mainly defined the concept, characteristics, classification and structure of industrial clusters,and the content of knowledge diffusion, and distinguish the differences and connections of related concepts, study on process of knowledge diffusion, influencing factors and paths of knowledge diffussion based on different types of knowledge.Secondly,the basic theory of knowledge diffusion in theindustrial cluster. In the dynamic view, discuss the structure of knowledge network in the industry cluster,types of knowledge in the industry clusters, characteristics, process and impact factors, and knowledge diffusion way based on different types of knowledge in the industry clustersThirdly, study on the mechanism of knowledge diffusion in industrial cluster. From the perspective of mechanism, discuss the process mechanism, driving mechanism, operating mechanism and protection mechanism of knowledge diffusion in the industrial cluster and so on.Finally, analysis barriers of knowledge diffusion in the industrial clusters in our countuy, and furtherly promote suggestions of knowledge diffusion in industry clusters.
