The Research On Fostering Growth Point Of Economy In Liaoning Based On Technology Innovation

As technology innovation is the main melody of current era, the cultivation of economic growth point through science and technology innovation is one of the main ways to promote economic growth. At present, people of insight in all fields have already realized its strategic meaning and important role in promoting economic development. The primary task, therefore, is to make out more economic growth points under the main melody of technical innovation in order to further enhance the economic strength of Liaoning province and promote comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of economy of Liaoning province.Firstly, this paper expounds the connotation and function of scientific and technological innovation, the connotation of economic growth point, the differences and relations between economic growth and economic growth point, the basic characteristics and selecting principles of economic growth point and related theories of industry association on the basis of domestic and international experts and scholars'study. Secondly, it analyses the present situation and the existing problems of economic growth of Liaoning province based on a lot of facts and figures. Then, it summarizes the relations of technological innovation and economic growth; analyses the correlation between technology innovation and economic growth of Liaoning province by using the relative statistic data and mathematical models, measures the rate of technology progress by using Thoreau " residual method ", and comes to the conclusion of the degree of correlation of technology innovation and economic growth of Liaoning province. On the basis of this, it determines selected objects and indicators by using factor analysis method and determines economic growth points that will be cultivated combining industrial technology innovation in Liaoning province. Finally, aiming at the problems appeared in the process of economic growth of Liaoning province, this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem in economic growth, including setting up a atmosphere for encouraging innovation , promoting scientific and technical system innovation,improving the mode through amalgamation of industry, education, and research, establishing the notion that the science and technology innovation must be depended, integrating technology innovation resource, improving the technological innovative capabilities of enterprises and so on.
