The world has been changing with each passing day. In such a situation, only the enterprise, which can form good fast learning ability and adaptive capacity in the dynamic competition environment, will seize the fleeting opportunity to survive and grow rapidly. However, many companies in China currently lacks of business team management study. For example, in order to solve special issues, many Chinese companies usually manage an "elite team" by simply transferring a series of elites from the company. But, because of the limited amount of elites, it is very difficult to create a teamwork environment in the whole company to form the good fast learning ability and adaptive capacity. Therefore, the influence of the "elite team" is weak and remains in name only in most cases. Based on the success of business team management in the world, the business team management study should be popularized and implemented without delay in China.At present, there are many research methods on team study and most of them concentrate on team building. This paper believes that the purpose of team study is not researching team itself but it should be aimed at how to build an efficient team. In terms of team's performance, the high efficiency is led by the interaction between internal factors and external factors. It includes people's result assessment of the interaction process and presents the satisfaction of team's manager. In terms of building process, creating an efficient team should possesses such three factors:first, the reasonable team structure, which makes high efficiency possible; second, the team spirit, which brings efficient power to the team; third, the concordant organization environment, which is the condition of team's efficient working. However, due to the synergistic effect in theory, people usually regard team and an efficient organization as the same issue, instead of making a distinction between these two concepts and understanding the relationship between them. Additionally, when researching team building, people also usually put the hypothesis into an "isolated" situation by overlooking team's implementation environment. As a result, the team will not work efficiently. In order to make a reference to how to build an actual efficient team, this paper first finds out the existing principal contradictions and analyzes the existing problems in team building. After that, by transforming team's internal and external factors and raising various conditions, this papers points out how to build an efficient team on the whole.
