Riskassessment System Based On Logistics Outsourcing Companies Under The Control Strategy

Logistics outsourcing as a strategic choice model itself is expanding in the companies development companies, and advantages that businesses in dealing with the logistics outsourcing, it should be cool-headed analysed. Therefore, in the implementation of logistics outsourcing process, the comprehensive identification, analysis and evaluation for possible risk factors , the establishment of appropriate risk control strategy, has important theoretical and practical significance for the smooth implementation of logistics outsourcing.In the logistics outsourcing risk management research process, this paper mainly use theory and literature, theory and empirical analysis with qualitative analysis, from basic theory related logistics outsourcing, the existence of logistics outsourcing process uncertainty, risk evaluation index system construction and use of fuzzy hierarchical analysis and evaluation of its evaluation, and puts forward the results of the evaluation of risk control strategies.This paper describes the international environment,of logistics outsourcing, and research from the current situation at home and abroad to explain the control of Logistics Outsourcing Risk significance and purpose.Secondly, overview related content of logistics outsourcing, focus on the major theories related to this article to start introduction, try to understand the comparative advantage, transaction costs, core competencies and other related theoretical perspectives of the development process, based on the current situation, clarify the research in this area along the existing theoretical viewpoint commitment to improve and expand the relationship, and then has laid a theoretical foundation to build this business logistics outsourcing risk evaluation system.Again, the resulting impact of logistics outsourcing risk factors and a detailed analysis of the hazard to explain Logistics Outsourcing Risk Evaluation System design principles, and so build a logistics outsourcing risk evaluation system.Then, through the introduction of various evaluation methods, the selected fuzzy hierarchy evaluation questionnaire collected data were analyzed.
