With the penetration of market economy, Chinese corporate groups are generally involved in many industries and fields. How to determine performance management to different subsidiaries'executives under corporate unified management becomes one of core jobs of corporate top management.A scientific performance evaluation system and the process of the performance management is becoming the key factor to realize the strategic goal of an enterprise. It's quite important for an enterprise to establish a scientific performance evaluation system to timely and accurately evaluate the implementation status of the strategic goal of an enterprise. The performance management system is established to realize the strategy of corporate groups, enhance the encouragement and restriction to subsidiaries' executives, support decision basis for the strategic formulation and adjustment and advance the sound development of corporate groups. It's paid more and more attention of balance scored card as an effective performance balance tool with strategic orientation and strategic management tool. It's always an issue focused by national theoretical and business circles how to make the great tool localized.The performance management status of WIT Company is detailedly analyzed and researched based on studying and concluding relative performance management theories. Problems exist in WIT Company that the current performance management system can't come through the corporate development strategy are proposed, such as the evaluation to subsidiaries simply according to the financial index, the same evaluation content for different subsidiaries, unscientific evaluation period, and the single application of evaluation result, etc.Aiming to the existing problems of the performance management for WIT Company, this dissertation proposes that performance management index system of subsidiaries' executives is established in four aspects of finance, market &customer, internal operation and study &grow-up, based on the theory of balance scored card. The evaluated index is filtered and optimized through the verification forms of questionnaire survey and specialist interview. Different indexes are weighted by Delphi method. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode is set up to analyze non-financial indexes. Thus the performance management index system of WIT Company subsidiaries' executives is established.The purpose of this dissertation is to optimize the performance management system of WIT Company subsidiaries' executives to guarantee the continuous and healthy development for the enterprise. Furthermore, the research method, consideration and part of conclusions applied in this dissertation are also worthy of certain reference value to those which are similar to WIT Company.
