With the speed development of modern technology and intensification of marketing competition, customer demand has increasingly tended to diversified and personalized day by day. As a result, competition among enterprises is unavoidable to gradually focus on how to satisfy the diversified customer demand better. In this form, the traditional mass production will not meet the fast-paced and changeable market demand, and Mass Customization MC such a new mode of production came into being.Mass customization is a production model based on high-efficiency mass production. By means of restructuring product mix and manufacturing process, it uses a series of high-tech such as modern information technology, new materials technology, flexible technology etc., within cost and speed of mass production, to customize any product quantity for single customer or small-volume multi-species market.At present most mass customization research are done on mechanical processing and electronic products, which mainly use modularization, postponed assembly but seldom research on disposable medical devices. Disposable plastic blood bag is a single-use medical device as a medicine and medical device synthesis, with specific requirements on cleanliness standard on production environment and product-level physical, chemical and biological safety, so at home and abroad have not yet found a detailed study on this. The thesis is on the ground of study and practices on the production mode of disposable plastic blood bags, through modular design of the blood bag products, implementation of postponed assembly strategy and modern information technology support, to achieve a mass customization of single-use plastic blood bags.Firstly, according to the structural characteristics of mass customized products modularity, this thesis forms a large-scale custom modular BOM based on variable configuration design of modular product group. Secondly, this thesis disposes the research object of mass customized products master production schedule into general-purpose modules, optional modules and completely customized module's main production plan from the end products. Moreover, the thesis solves the responsiveness speed on the final customers from delayed assembly, and uses SAP systems to cope with production planning, management and control on material inventory.
