Development Of Decision Support System Based On Comprehensive Evaluation Methods

Comprehensive evaluation is an encountered and universal significance question in multi-factor decision process. Decision is to be in decision-making after reaches a certain purpose. Decision-making is now, and decision into practice achieves the purpose of making a decision is in the future. Therefore, we need to deeply understand and master comprehensive evaluation, the paper discusses the theory and method of comprehensive evaluation method, and researches decision decision support system.The paper summaries the comprehensive evaluation of link, focuses on the comprehensive evaluation method and puts forward four kinds of new comprehensive evaluation method. Focusing on data envelopment analysis, the paper summaries its development and model. First, it points out the optimal transfer matrix method of analytic hierarchy process is insufficient and puts forward the improving method. Second, considering the data envelopment analysis of limitations, the new model makes its expanded to the nonlinear area. Third, when index data is too much, reduces redundant index data and puts forward based on principal component analysis of data envelopment analysis. Fourth, when index data is both subjective and objective data, it puts forward based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of data envelopment analysis.Studied the intelligent decision support system, using Visual C++ 6.0 and Microsoft Office Access 2007 database platform on implements multiple comprehensive evaluation method integrates functional universality and decision support system.
