The Countermeasures And Research For Hunan Province Rural Informatization Service System

Also the corresponding main countermeasures are offered. The SCI-TECH information association should be established, rural informatization service model should be constructed, and information demonstration village of Two-oriented society new rural area should be built. On the other hand, enterprises relating to agriculture should be supported, and the research institutes of colleges should become the research and development bases and the technology supporting of agricultural information, also, for the peasants, the governments should enhance the training of agriculture and information technologies.Also, in this thesis, the concrete technology program for the construction of agricultural information service system is discussed. The flat public service platform which takes calling as the center task can answer the peasants' appeals promptly and effectively. Also, in order to ensure the accuracy and promptness of platform information, the data mining and intellect search engines are designed.
