Study On Agricultural Mechanization Development Of The Resource-based Cities

Resource-based City refers to one kind of cities which forms and founds in the basis of resources development, this kind of cities depends on the resources intensively. Urban economy can be reversed easily by resource depletion. With the further exacerbation of resource depletion, the survival and development of the resources city is facing severe challenge, In order to achieve sustainable development, a resources city cannot rely upon the single superiority resources, but play the comprehensive advantages and carry on the ascendancy restoration and transformation at the right moment.Loudi is a typical resource-based city, its economic development has particularity. With the further development of mineral resources, the speeding up of the world economy on energy demand, as well as extensive exploitation of resources, on one hand, there exist the phenomenon of strong demand of resource extraction enterprises for labor, on the other hand,the use of technology and machinery made the massive labor force idle, causing an excess of rural labor force, hindering the rapid development of economy of Loudi. Promot economic development and improve fanner's income is not that easy, therefore the agricultural mechanization will finally become an inevitable trend.Taking the agricultural mechanization development of Loudi as the example, combining investigation and visits with Loudi's Yearbook database, This paper analyzes the achievements and problems in the development of agricultural mechanization of Loudi, and it also clarifies the development of agricultural mechanization plays an important role in the resources economic development of Loudi. This paper discusses the reasons for the formation of rural surplus labor, the status of the transfer and how to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor. Finally, it proposes some countermeasures to solve the problems during the development of agricultural mechanization of resource-based city Loudi. By consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature, the paper systematically analyzes the development process of agricultural mechanization, qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes the influence of rural labor transfer on the development of agricultural mechanization。It also makes a detailed analysis on the status'of agricultural mechanization. On this basis, it find out the general characteristics of the development of agricultural mechanization, and the situation of the facing problems in Loudi. The agriculture and rural economy of the actual situation was analyzed, and the promoting development of agricultural mechanization resource-based cities is put forward:Rely on resource-rich mineral resources of Loudi, speed up the integration into the "3+ 5 "urban construction group, strive to develop advantage energy industry, promote the economic development of energy, form industrial dimensions, increase job positions, transfer the rural surplus labor, promote the development of agricultural mechanization, speed up major infrastructure projects, focus on the development of agricultural mechanization, improve social security system, establish a rational system of land transfer and increase the household registration reform and supporting measures, eliminate irrational factors and rural surplus labor, improve the scientific quality of farmers, promote agricultural mechanization and modernization.
