A Relationship Study Between Learning Style And Team Experiential Learning Level

In the field of education, experiential learning has been full supported and got considerable development. Based on experiential learning theory, the study proposed team experiential learning level, including primary, intermediate and advanced levels, for results of the team response to the specific experience. As a new way of team learning, team experiential learning will show its great value and importanance increasely.Learning style is a approach to learning that personalized by the learner. Most study of learning styles is on the education stage, for the impact on students. The study of learning style in workplace is a new development area, which is still in its infancy, so it is particularly important in the necessity and the urgency. There are a large number of private enterprises in Zhejiang province which are well developed, therefore, this study intended to take private enterprises in Zhejiang province as example, made a study of team experiential learning in private enterprises of Zhejiang province. The study would like to explore the influence of the learning styles on team experiential learning level. Based on the literature review and theoretical analysis, the study presented an empirical study of the model and assumptions; based on previous studies, the survey questionnaire was designed for this study; then the first-hand data was collected by the second phase of the survey, and the data was analyzed by using SPSS statistical software. Finally, the findings were summarized, as well as shortage of the study.The study found out that team variables as team size, team development stage and so on, have significant influence on team learning style, the level of team experiential learning in private enterprises of Zhejiang province are the there kinds, and team learning style have significant influence on the level of team experiential learning.
