Followed by famous foreign-founded waterproofing company'entering into China market, construction waterproofing industry is all around facing fierce competition along with technology advancement, products innovations as well as upgrade of application methods. Competition between corporations has been extended from technology and human resource fields to operation management. Order Management, as the core procedure of one company, has been paid more attention than ever before. By managing orders effectively, enterprises can improve operation efficiency, reduce cost, and provide on-time delivery of goods and service. At the same time, company gains competitive advantages by satisfying customers when properly managing and optimizing order fulfillment procedure.S company's order management process is selected as study object. Firstly, making an summary on all the theories concerning order management process as well as customer satisfaction, based on which influence factor module of order management is established. And then, analysis is made by issuing questionnaires on satisfaction of order management process. Finally, based on investigation analysis results, pointing out the inefficiency of order management in S Company and put forward suggestions and proposals on how to improve the process related.
