The Research On The Low-carbon Competitiveness Of Enterprises Taking Electromechanical Manufacturing Enterprises As An Example

The fact that environment gradually deteriotates makes human reflect their behalf. From 2003 when"low-carbon economy"was put forward by Britain,"low-carbon"received wide concern, and nowadays the modle of low-carbon economy is the an inevitable trend. Under this situation the enterprise should reflect their competitiveness: It is not an enterprise with strong competitiveness that the enterprise only focuses on the economic performance ignoring environmet and energy, what more this enterprise will never stay long. After studying the literature about competitivness both domestic and abroad, referring low-carbon economy, this paper put forward the establishment of enterprise's low-carbon competitiveness.First of all, we will set up evaluation index system on low-carbon competitiveness, among which there are some indexes enfluencing competitiveness:carbon footprint,carbon discharging effectiveness,carbon discharging elasticity. In addition, we will bring forward lao-carbon competitiveness index. For proving the paper's idea, we will make real analysis with the data about 30 manufacturing enterprises in Zhengjiang in the years of 07-09. Because of the complexity of the competitiveness situation in 3 years, we will use math model and software: we will calculate the weights of the 25 indexes with entropy weight method, arrange the enterprises's competitiveness orders using BP ANN, classify their competitiveness type with SOM ANN. Then this paper will analyse the cause of the low-carbon competitiveness in the disassembling-factor manner. Last we will study the method on establishment and progression of low-carbon competitiveness, from the government,soceity,enterprise levels: the governments'policy and society's supervision are the important external factors for the enterprises'low-carbon competitiveness; the continuous progression of the enterprises themselves is the internal factor for the enterprises'low-carbon competitiveness. The enterprise should establish low-carbon culture, blending it into all the facts of manufacturing, and strengthen the low-carbon competitiveness of enterprise on the internal level.
