Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm species richness in our country, growing a long history and vas acreage, which huangshan Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm widely cultivated in Zhengzhou as landscape tree. Research shows that there are a variety of active ingredients in the branches, fiowers and leaves of Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm tree, and they applied widely. The content of seed oil is higher than 40%, and nutrient-rich. If we can utilize the seed oil, for the effective use of resources is helpful.We select the seed of huangshan Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm planted in zhengzhou as samples, with the GB method to study the physical and chemical parameters of oilseed, the oil extraction conditions, the physicochemical properties of oil and fatty acids and content, in the hope to contribute to the development of huangshan Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm seed.The results showed that:1. The physical and chemical parameters of oilseed were: the 1000-seedweight was 80.9g, the bulk density was 643.8g/L, the specific gravity was 1.01, the pure kernel yield was 71.68%, the pod yield of the seed was 56.21%, the length range of seed size was 0.500~0.618mm, width of it was 0.448~0.578mm, height of it was 0.392~0.508mm, the water content was 6.92%, the ash content was 3.6%, the crude fat in oilseed was 40.58% , crude protein in it was18.95%, crude fiber was 26.13%.2.The best soxhlet extraction conditions of huangshan Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm seed for oil were :grinding time of oilseed was 20s, extraction temperature was 60℃and extraction time was 5h.3. The physical and chemical parameters of oil were: moisture and volatile matter content was 0.3110%, the ash content was 0.01968%, oil melting point were in rang of 2~3℃, relative density was 0.9161g/mL, 20℃refractive index was 1.472, smoking point was 144℃, oil color were: yellow 20, red 2.4, acid value was 1.562 mgKOH/g, free fatty acid was 0.8240%, peroxide value was 7.415 mmol/kg, saponification value was 185.9mgKOH/g, unsaponifiable matter was 2.942%, iodine value was 115.3 gI2/100g, phosphatide content was 0.7943%. Most of them within in the range of oil quality, but the smoking point was lower, this was a big difference from the other oil, and it perhaps was a restrictive factor in the development of oil.4.After a simple oil degumming, deacidification and decoloration treatment for the oil of huangshan Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm seed, the acid value was decreased to 1.344 mg KOH/g, peroxide value was substantially decreased to 0.9193 mmol/kg, the smoking point was increased from 144℃to 152℃,the red color was decreased a little, yellow 20, red 1.6.5.Determined the fatty acid in the seed oil of Koelreuteria Paniculata laxm by GC, 11 fatty acids have been indentified and their relative contents were determined by area normalization. The index of nusaturation for the oil is 89.9%, polyunsaturated fatty acids (with two or more double bonds) is 15.4%. eicosenoic acid and oleic acid are chief components, and their relative contents are 48% and 21.7%, respectively.
