In recent years, the scale of coal enterprises present a rapid development asmany types of large equipments continue to put into the field. Meanwhile eachstep of the process interrelated with another, so when one equipment failure towork that would lead to a lot of chain reaction.In coal preparation plant iftechnicist failed to find the problem of equipment timely and accurately, we willbe unable to manage the plant scientifically.The paper used VB language programming to design a effectivenessevaluation system on the basis of single machine check in coal preparation plant.It includes heavy media, magnetic separation, dewatering and concentration.The research have studied four main equipments: the cyclone, magneticseparator, hyperbaric filter and concentrator, and evaluate the effectiveness ofaboving equipments. This system used multiple sectors such as the distributionrate, mismatches,curve drawing and washability curve as indicators to monitorthe effectiveness of the cyclone by the method of process analysis and realizedthe visualization of efficiency. For the section of magnetic dewatering andconcentration, combining multiple indicators,we analyzed the correspondingequipment by the comprehensive analysis approach. There was "effect analysis"function key in the end part of the above four aspects, clicking on this link tolearn the monitoring device performance. A "comprehensive analysis" link wasdesigned at the end of the system. This section integrated related data ofassociated equipment’s efficiency monitoring and draw the analysis conclusions combining with the preserve index. The main conclusions are described asfollowing:(1) The Ep value cyclone is0.116; the quantity efficiency is98.15%; theδ0.1is17.95%(Medium Optional); the m0is5.257%under δp1sortingdensity, the m0is4.976%under δe1sorting density. The Ep value of cyclonesorting accuracy is significantly high, the mismatch reaches a higher levels, sothe cyclone separation accuracy is relatively low;(2) The magnetic separator efficiency is83.37%, the recovery of magneticmaterial is84.08%, the proportion of slime mixed in concentrate is0.71%forfeeding slime total. The magnetic accuracy of magnetic separator is relativelyhigh, on the other hand with a poor separation efficiency, as well as a largenumber of magnetic material lost accompany with tailings;(3) The dewatering efficiency and the product moisture were78.01%and20.21%, and the overall index was reasonable. However, the concentration ofthe filtrate water was24.59g/L, which was significantly higher. The sizedistribution curve indicated that the filter cake contained a larger proportion ofcoarse particles and a lot of fine-grained particles flowed into the filtrate. Itshould be paid attention to the maintenance and replacement of the filter’s platesand cloth;(4) The concentrator had a good condition that the concentration efficiencywas96.33%, the recovery rate of underflow solid was99.46%and the overflowwater concentration was0.13g/L;The system put the main equipments of the coal preparation plant into thecorresponding module by analytic hierarchy process. It aimed to design moreintuitive presentation way of the test results, to realize the automatic integrationand calculation of the massive disordered data. Meanwhile it solved theproblems of the difficulty of handling the numerous experimental dataaccurately and guiding the field operations in the regular check of the coalpreparation plant’s equipments. This system provided the basis for the "refinement of maintenance."...
