CBM as a kind of nature gas which burns clean and cause fewpollution.As a new energy source, in foreign countries,CBM as a clean energyhave been exploited and used for many years,especially in USA,CBM achievedcommercial exploit model in1980s. In2008,the product of CBM in USA is55billion m3. In the same time, the pollution of the world and energy conservationtake a most important role in the modern world. Nature gas have a good energydensity contrast to coal and oil,it cause more fewer pollution and release lesscarbon dioxide,as the most,the technology of use nature gas as car and energyplant’s fule is developed,in deed,nature gas have became the world mainenergy consumption such as USA and UK have make the country as a liquidenergy used country first.China is the most largest developing country in the world, in newcentury,the country’s greatest national revival encounter the exhaust of thefossil energy itself unfortunately. So for the safety of the country’s energysupply,the emerge of a new energy is the best way to solve our country’s energy problem.CBM is a energy that emerge with the coal mining have not exploreextensively in our country, and the mount of nature gas consumption is risingyear by year with the readily of the society and economic in our country. Sothere have a most important meaning to explore and exploit the CBM widely.Underground drainage is the main method for the CBM exploit in ourcountry,but with the problems of the mining geology、occurrence conditions、technology of drainage,most of the product have so low concentration to reachthe using concentration index that 《coal mine safety regulations》 make andhave to release to the air. Although there are some technology on the use of lowconcentration CBM,but they have less economic profit and convenient workprocess. In this paper, using the technology of CBM hydrate formation makethe CH4in low concentration CBM collected and increase the utilization rate oflow concentration CBM.Then study the possibility of it’s industrialapplication.The main study content and result is done as follows:(1) Compared the kinds of strengthen methods and consider the affectof them to the economic for the industrial application later. Using19mol%THF+300PPMSDS and2.56mol%TBAB+300PPMSDS two promoter system synthesis the CBM hydrate in the equipment that make ourselves. make a laboratoryreference for the industrial application later.(2) Explore the difference effect of TBAB and THF in the promotionof hydrate formation process,and the counter affect to the rate of the hydrateformation in pipeline. And make a experiment and theoretical analysis for the factor as the second formation using the used porous medium; the volume of theformation kettle; the scale of the porous medium; the time for the formationcost.(3) Established a model of “pore draw water”based on the macroexperimental phenomena that come in the hydrate formation use5A zeolite,andmake a contrast to each other.(4) Based the strengthen method that used in experiment,a newprocess of technology to purify low concentration CBM use hydrate is take out.Then use the thermodynamic equation to study the economic of the process.Based on the experiment data, to make a unit volume of pure product needconsumption energy0.91KW.h, have a conversion to money is0.66yuan.contrast the2.4yuan the cost of nature gas that civil use have a largeprofit space.
