Land reclamation in mining areas is very important in the process of social sustainable development.It covers a range of geographical, mining, forestry, soil science, biology and social economics, etc.,With the characteristics of large amount of data and complex information.The development of land reclamation technology is late, and the data storage and management can’t meet the requirements of the information construction such as query, update, analysis and so on.So, It is imperative to establish the information system of land reclamation in mining area.In this paper on the connotation of the information system of the mining district, functional requirements are described, and analysis of the mining area land data structure of the system and the main function, including: graphic processing, data entry and processing, land reclamation planning support, query statistics, application model,3D simulation etc.In Beijing Mentougou District Qingshui town Sidamo mining area as the research object, VB, VC development tools established land reclamation information system of mining area, using the system analysis of the basic situation of the land area of Sidamo, provide the basis for rational planning of land.(1) The design of the database of the land evaluation system, completed the collection of land information, filtering, storage, geographic information coding and other work.(2) Using artificial neural network trained B-P model and fuzzy mathematical method to evaluate the land reclamation, land to determine the level and the neural network and fuzzy mathematical evaluation results were compared and analysis of two kinds of model error between the0.1%~5%.(3) Using genetic algorithm were the optimal allocation of land resources, provide the auxiliary decision-making of reclamation,2500acres of arable land,900acres of woodland, pasture600acres,200acres of industrial land, the scenery with200acres. The annual benefit value reached8800000yuan, which is nearly8times higher than the economic benefit value over the years. The maximization of land utilization and economic benefit orientation was realized.(4) the debris flow disaster caused great loss to the safety of the people’s life and property in the mining area in the last century.. In order to prevent and control the landslide, slip and flow geological disasters, the maximum rainfall of the region is simulated.. According to the results, the effect of the debris flow Flood flood and drainage is notable for the Flood flood of the loose soil and the drainage ditches.(5) the application of GIS spatial analysis function, estimate, retaining wall drainage ditch in earthwork. OpenGL interface program written in3DMax and GIS integration, realized the mine area of three-dimensional visualization of three-dimensional visualization virtual reality.
