In the engineering background of coal seam broken roof grouting, Research the mechanical properties of new type polyurethane slurry grouting and solid, The higher the initial temperature of new chemical grouting material, the faster the reaction speed, the shorter the curing time and the reaction of the highest temperature is higher. The uniaxial compressive strength of pure slurry concretion body is102.03MPa, The uniaxial compressive strength of standard sand concretion body is63.64MPa.By using the test component of the grouting reinforcement device such as pressure gauge, thermocouple, strain gauge and pressure box to measure the process of grouting pressure and temperature changing in grouting test. In the process of experiments, the maximum grouting pressure is0.75MPa, the maximum compressive stress in internal pressure box of test device is0.78MPa which is almost consistent with grouting pressure. The maximum reaction temperature measured is53℃at the time of about10min, Opening the mode after curing at room temperature, the plasma pulse on the surface of concretion body is very clear and uniform consolidation and the apparent effect is good..Testing the mechanical performance of add solid, the compressive strength of concrete grout is31.05MPa, the compressive strength of add solid containing a plasma pulse or M type plasma pulse is23.16MPa and22.64MPa which achieve74.6%、72.9%of that is concrete grout.The cohesive force and friction Angle of concrete grout is0.97MPa and31.4°, The cohesive force and friction Angle of add solid core is0.75MPa and28.7°which achieve77.3%、91.4%of that is concrete grout,The tensile strength of concrete grout is1.98MPa when the tensile strength in the thin slurry vein and the thick slurry vein is1.40MPa and1.28MPa which achieve70.7%、64.6%that is concrete grout.Through comparative analysis of uniaxial compressive strength, shear strength, tensile strength, Comprehensive evaluat the grouting effect is good.
