The new nano-micron profile control and plugging agent has the characteristics of hightemperature resistance and high salinity tolerance as well as inorganic plugging agent. And italso can penetrate into deep formation as well as organic gels plugging agent. In this article,the optimum proportion of the new nano-micron profile control and plugging agent wasscreened out by laboratory experiments. Then the study on sealing characteristics andenhanced oil recovery in porous media of the new nano-micron profile control and pluggingagent was down. And the laboratory experiments provided a stable foundation for fieldapplications of the new nano-micron profile control and plugging agent.The optimum proportion of this profile control and plugging agent was researched: theconcentration of main agent (DKF-1)2.5%, the concentration of activator5%~10%. Theresults performance evaluation showed that the profile control and plugging agent had hightemperature resistance, high salinity tolerance ect. It could blank off different permeabilitycores and had good washing resistance. And this profile control and plugging agent had goodinjectivity and the priority of entering high permeability zone and could blank off dominantflow channels. Also the injectivity was heavily influenced by HHJ-1concentration.The laboratory experiments of EOR show that the injection opportunity was when thewater cut was70%~80%. And the sooner the injection opportunity was, the higher the totalrecovery factor was. When the concentration of main agent was2.5%, the concentration ofactivator was10%, the displacement characteristics of the profile control and plugging agentwas best. The oil displacement experiment of parallel and anisotropic sand packed tubeshowed that the the displacement characteristics of the profile control and plugging agent wasobvious. And the new nano-micron profile control and plugging agent could effectivelyimprove the development effect of heterogeneous reservoirs.
