With the rapid development of social economy, the demand for water resources is increasing, but available for human use of water resources are dwindling. The reclaimed water reuse, water recycling to achieve, can relieve the pressure of shortage of water resources, has the extremely important practical significance. The water used in landscape water, car washing, dust cleaning, construction, production of cooling, sanitary water the fields, effectively improve the utilization efficiency of water resources.This topic by the Shandong Jianzhu University in two grade water as the research object, through the experiment in the laboratory, to explore and study the ultrasonic activated carbon water treatment technology. Through the study of activated carbon dosage, adsorption time2influence factors are analyzed, the removal efficiency of TOC, UV254on activated carbon. To investigate the effects of different ultrasonic parameters on the removal rate of organic matter in the effluent of two level, through orthogonal test selection of water treatment effect of different ultrasound power and time, to determine the appropriate parameters of ultrasound. In order to determine the appropriate combination of ultrasonic treatment conditions of organic compounds in water by activated carbon, and analyzed for TOC, UV254places, followed by ultrasonic and activated carbon adsorption isotherms were determined, and the effects of dissolved organic matter in water molecular weight distribution of the activated carbon, discussion and analysis of technical feasibility and mechanism of ultrasonic intensification.The experimental results show that:activated carbon suitable dosage is0.16g/mL, the suitable adsorption time is120min. Under these conditions, the removal of TOC in water, UV254rate was57.60%,63.71%activated carbon adsorption. Test temperature, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power of influence factors are determined by experiments of orthogonal test, suitable for ultrasonic ultrasonic time25min, ultrasonic power is40W, and then determine the activated carbon technology suitable for operation parameters of ultrasonic:ultrasonic power40W, ultrasonic time25min, amount of activated carbon0.16g/mL, activated carbon adsorption time120min; for TOC in water, the removal rate of UV254were77.22%,87.03%under this condition, the coupling technique maneuverability ultrasonic and activated carbon. The adsorption isotherm was found after ultrasonic treatment, the isothermal adsorption of active carbon in the K value of1.7302is greater than0.0463, illustrated by ultrasonic, the adsorption capacity of activated carbon to organic matter in the water is larger; the1/n value is reduced from2.1117to1.0007is less than2, indicating that the ultrasonic treatment after the water molecules, the decomposition of organic matter for small molecule is adsorbed by activated carbon, the test also found, ultrasonic cavitation effect of the ultrasonic wave can make organic matter degradation than10k for small organic molecules in the range of5k~1k, and organic adsorption effect of activated carbon on this interval is best, so as to achieve the purpose of removal of organic matter, theoretically. To further explain the mechanism of ultrasonic and activated carbon.
