With the development of society, the use of electrical and electronic products more widely, electromagnetic radiation has become ubiquitous. In order to reduce the harm of electromagnetic radiation generated by a lot of people, especially pregnant women choose to use electromagnetic shielding textiles, a large variety of radiation protection products appeared on the market, because of its good shielding performance and relatively low price, stainless steel fiber blended fabric has been widely used.Because of the rigidity of stainless steel fiber is much larger than conventional fiber, during the spinning process, it is easy to produce evenness, easy fluff, leading stainless steel fiber fabric abrasion resistance is poor. Taking comfort, flexible stainless steel fibers recovery, small bending resistance, heavy, ductile fibers ordinary textile fibers worse, fiber and curled, poor flexibility, leading to wrinkles performance and drape properties of stainless steel fiber fabric of existence certain defects. At present, China test methods and evaluation criteria for stainless steel fiber fabric is not perfect, it is difficult to use the properties of stainless steel fiber fabric for effective testing and evaluation.Given the above, this study was performed from the friction properties of stainless steel fiber blended fabric, wrinkle properties, drape, etc., the system analyzes the stainless steel fiber content, fabric structure, yarn fineness, fabric tightness and other factors on fabric performance impact.This paper studies the following aspects:(1) with ordinary plain cotton fabric to do comparison, stainless steel fiber fabric to find out the impact of physical and mechanical properties of the factors and laws;(2) to build experimental device to test the stainless steel fiber fabric surface friction, reflecting surface friction properties of the fabric, and according to the results of the design and use of such fabrics made some suggestions;3) proposed and adopted fabric features flat crease crease to characterize and evaluate the performance of stainless steel fiber blended fabrics, including wrinkles root within the interval number, a single crease length, the proportion of short-crease crease morphology. By analysis of the characteristics of the fabric crease, containing stainless steel fibers blended fabrics crease class is divided into five, five for best performance crease recovery, one of the worst;4) using Matlab software for fabric image after ashing3D modeling and analysis, through three-dimensional gray fabric mean, graying standard deviation, entropy, power spectral density analysis to fully understand including stainless steel fiber fabric wrinkles form;5) studied at different temperatures in the laundry process, the intensity, the washing time containing stainless steel fiber fabric of the relationship between wrinkles for people in their daily wash and care including stainless steel fiber blended fabrics play a guiding role;6) using a method of removing add fabric softener when washing wrinkle, wrinkle effect finding ways;7) using the control variables used to study the single variable have any effect on the fabric drape, stiffness, drape aesthetics taking performance indicators, and thus the development and improvement of radiation metal fiber fabric to provide data support.
