Gudong Oilfield carried out an alkali-free system binary polymer flooding pilottest in the south of seven districts West54-61, in September2003. The test waswent on in Gudong Oilfield six districts southeast and Region VI northwest in2006,and was enlarged to be the largest dual-drive industrialization promotion project inGudong Oilfield three or four districts of Shengli Oilfield. By the end of2011,surfactant/polymer(SP)flooding has cumulated115million tons oil, accounting for27.5%of the EOR increasing oil. In other words, urfactant/polymer(SP)floodingproject has become the main front of Gudong Oilfield production yield. Compoundflooding has made great dewatering effect of the increase of oil, but the effects of theunexpension of well pattern and layer lead to large differences of single well. Thedissertation analyzed binary complex drive effective laws, from the injectioncondition, injection production and reservoir heterogeneity. It also carried out adetailed analysis of the uneffective well. Besides, field studies was researched onthe basis of the analysis, and reasonably good constituency work was done. Byimproving and optimizing well pattern, surpporting to injection and productiontechnology, dynamic monitoring, drug ratio and injection management measures andmeans. We continuously improved the effective capacity of the compound flooding, thereby enhancing the development effect of Gudong Oilfield.
