Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) recovery device is mainly used to recovery, treat and fill the gas of circuit breaker when repairing or maintaining is undertaken. SF6is widely used because of its excellent arc extinction ability. Treatment to SF6gas safely and efficiently becomes more and more important.Most of SF6recovery devices used in domestic are exported. These devices are expensive, and it needs a long time to repaire when broken. The internal recovery device has been developed so much, but there are still many problems.On the base of absorbing the domestic and foreign existing recovery system craft and manufacture experience,in this thesis after analyzing the basic technical process, TGF-1SF6recovery device’s design work finally has been completed. The main work is follows:1) Through analyzing the SF6gas’characteristic, SF6recovery, processing and filling technical processes are developed. There are also some auxiliary technical processes to make sure the main technical process’normal work. 2) On the base of theoretical analysis foundation and according to each parameter which determined by the flow chart, The selection and design to the main equipment have been carried on, such as vacuum compressor, vacuum pump, compressor, and the design of the storage tank have also carried on.3) According to the flow needed and the equipment type selected, the structural design is carried on, namely machine part design.4) The control plan is determined. The corresponding control procedures have been designed according to the definite plan.Finally, a set of complete recovery installments and design documents have been completed. This blue print has been send to the manufacturer. The foundation of SF6recovery device widely used has been built technology.
