Cleaner production is an idea that follow the pollution source control, and energyconservation and emissions reduction has been widely used now.As today’s societypay more attention to the environmental protection, cleaner production is alsobecoming more and more important.To currect cleaner production assessment,qualitative analysis of single index has gradually exits, and quantitativecomprehensive evaluation method is increasing, but still at the preliminary stage,overall is not comprehensive enough.For oil and gas gathering pipeline industry inarid areas, there is no comprehensive work to carry out the general evaluation indexsystem of cleaner production, and own to it’s large energy consumption, has broughtgreater pressure to the environment.For the industry to implement cleaner productionof comprehensive evaluation, not only can improve the efficiency of its operation,reduce environmental pollution, at the same time,to the whole oil industry’s energysaving, consumption reduction, reducing the pollution and improve the efficiency hasa demonstration effect.This paper aims at a special area that is arid areas, based on the analysis of oiland gas gathering pipeline industry and transferring process.There are threeconclusion:(1)the production link and energy consumption, on the basis of the fiveaspects which are technology and equipment,energy utilization of resources andpollutants, recycling and environmental management requirements establishing theevaluation index system.There are14indicators which are Furnace efficiency, pumpefficiency, compressor efficiency, loss rate, overall energy consumption, the amountof gas produced, the water cycle utilization, quantitative indicators automatic control,accidental leak prevention devices, environmental laws and regulations and standards,organizations, environmental management and clean production audit, the productionprocess of environmental management, environmental management stakeholders;(2)Collect and measure the relevant data for each field in arid areas, Calculated to beanalyzed, Through discussion and research with the experts to Determine the evaluation of three reference values;(3)Through the Delphi method to determine theindex weight, determined the indicators score, separate the results of the evaluationwith arid zones leading, advanced arid areas, arid areas of basic and not belong tocarry out clean production grading. The eventual establishment of an index evaluationsystem in arid areas of oil and gas gathering pipeline industry clean production.analytic hierarchy process (ahp) is used to analyse the data statistical computing, oiland gas gathering pipeline industry of cleaner production in arid areas is establishedevaluation system. Oil industry can more quickly and efficiently in arid areas forclean production and construction.
