The development of deep oil and gas resources, has always been the oil companies to improve the efficiency of the oil and gas development and the key of enterprise competitiveness, the goal of jiangsu oilfield development also gradually to its development. XWX block as the key exploration area of jiangsu oilfield, the block will be put into development in the design depth of the Wells are more than5000m, and purpose in the mudstone, sandstone and glutenite formation interlaced with each other. Due to the mudstone strong water sensitivity, hydration expansion, reducing phenomenon easy to happen, It is easy to cause drill, slacking off. Conventional in the use of the preliminary exploratory well drilling fluid can meet the demand of drilling XWX blocks, so according to the characteristics of the XWX formation design a suitable drilling fluid is smooth area drilling safety and the key to improve the drilling speed the area.For these reasons, this article combining with the characteristics of XWX blocks for resistance to high temperature drilling fluid filtration control with a single dose of compatibility between the two sides, for a study of resistance to high temperature drilling fluid formulation. According to the actual circumstance of oil field, this paper research goal to develop resistance to high temperature lubricating collapse prevention drilling fluid system, in order to solve in XWX block in jiangsu oilfield drilling process technical problem in the high temperature is easy to collapse formation area, lay the foundation for the smooth oil field drilling.This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign some existing resistance to high temperature treatment and the development of resistance to high temperature drilling fluid system. In XWX block geology and detailed analysis on the impact of drilling fluid, on the basis of the combination of early exploratory well site condition, to develop the technical difficulties of drilling fluid system suitable for XWX blocks are analyzed in detail. Through the indoor experiment at the same time, the domestic existing partial resistance to high temperature drilling fluid treatment agent, experiment test. Select the appropriate treatment, and optimizing the four groups above150℃, stable performance formula system. Then the formula for comprehensive evaluation of the four groups. Indoor experiment and field application information feedback shows that the drilling fluid system under the condition of XWX block has good rheological property and filtration performance, satisfies the requirement of drilling design.
