Objective:To clone Asia Guangxi Yao mountain shrew trees Toll-like receptor 3 (Toll like receptor 3, TLR3) open reading frame gene (Open Reading Frame, ORF) sequence, bioinformatic analysis. By amino acid sequence homology than was found in Guangxi and Yunnan Dayaoshan subspecies West shrew TLR3 trees belong to the same groups, and monkeys, chimpanzees and people from the past, confirmed Guangxi Dayaoshan Asian shrew trees close to primates animal;Conclusion and Significance:the first successful cloning of Guangxi Dayao Mountain sub trees shrew TLR3 gene ORF sequences and prokaryotic expression vector PBET-4-TLR3 ORF, obtained expression induced E. coli BL21 (DE3) at a molecular weight of about the size of about 125kDa specific protein bands. Guangxi and Yunnan Dayaoshan West Asia planting trees shrews shrew TLR3 protein 11 different amino acids, and therefore both TLR3 may differ antigenically. FQ primer design, polyclonal and monoclonal and functional studies of this study for subsequent sub-trees in Guangxi Yao mountain shrew TLR3 antibody gene basis.
