Next to the world’s highest terrain- Tibetan Plateau and warmest ocean, our nation is located in Asian monsoon region, influenced by multiple factors. How does Tibetan Plateau and tropical oceans as two external forcing factors have cooperative effects to East Asia climate is the scientific question needed to answer urgently.Based on the surface sensible heat flux data of ERA-interim reanalysis, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) TPSH strengthen rapidly in spring with largest center exceeding 70W/m2, and it has two variability center in western and southeastern TP. That is to say, the East Asia Climate may be greatly influenced by the spring TPSH which has a strong interannual variability.(2) There are two main modes of TPSH inter-annual variability, showed by a zonal dipole SH distribution over south TP and an opposite SH distribution between body region and the surrounding area of TP, with a periodicity of 5a and 5-7a respectively. The two main mode of TPSH is closely linked with sea surface temperature anomaly(SSTA) of different oceans. The middle and eastern tropical Pacific SST anomaly are affected by winter(DJF)ENSO signal which can stimulate a westward and poleward wave train to change the precipitation anomaly over the southern TP. The low level northerly over southeastern TP may inhibit the development of convection, decreasing the low-level cloudiness, making the ground receive more solar radiation and become warmer. All of them make a bigger difference between ground and air temperature and then more TPSH; However the southerly over southwestern TP has the opposite effect. In the Indian ocean, an across equator wave train was excited by the SSTA tripole pattern. It may cause the east wind anomaly over TP, weakening the Background Westerly, causing an opposite SH distribution between body region and the surrounding area of TP.(3) TPSH and SSTA from different oceans may have synergistical influence on East China spring precipitation. ENSO and Indian ocean SSTA tripole pattern may affect the precipitation north of the Yangtze river greatly. However, analysis shows, if there is no TPSH anomaly, the impact of oceans on spring rainfall in China will be greatly reduced. Otherwise, the snow cover anomaly influenced by spring TPSH will continue until summer and then change the East Asia summer climate which also Show the collaborative...
