Xingkai lake is the largest lake in Heilongjiang valley,it is between China and Russia. Xiaoxingkai lake is part of the Xingkai lake,about 200 thousand years ago Xingkai lake lake retreat in the process of change. In recent years,source-Muling river,were greatly influenced by environmdisturbance,Xiaoxingkai lake phytoplankton changed and nutriture.In 2013, this study for community Structure of Phytoplankton,abundance,biomass,diversity and physicochemical indexes in Xiaoxingkai lake,analysis of the relationship between main phytoplankton and environmental factors,for Xiaoxingkai lake eutrophic protection and provide basic data and theoretical basis.Main conclusions as follows:In the Xiaoxingkai Lake,we identified a total of 93 species,among which the most 44 were Chlorophyta,it constitute47.3% of the total; the next is Bacilarriophyta of which 25 species, constitute26.9% of the total;of which 13 were Cyanophyta,constitute14% of the total;of which 4 were Chrysophyta and Euglenophyta,constitute4.3% of the total;of which 2 were Cryptophyta,constitute2.2% of the total;of which the least 1 were Pyrroptata,constitute1.1 of the total.In the Xiaoxingkai lake,we found that 12 of the dominant species,dominant species as the change of seasons also with the change,of which the dominant species in July, at least for 3 kinds,mainly Bacilarriophyta,including Fragilaria brevistriata,Synedra acus, Cyclotella meneghiniana;In may, most of 8 kinds,mainly Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta,including Fragilaria brevistriata,Fragilaria capucina,Synedra acus,Synedraulna and Cyclotella meneghiniana;Chlamydomonas ovalis,Chlamydomonas globosa,Ankistrodesmus angustus;In september,mainly Bacillariophyta, Pyrrhophyta and Chlorophyta, included Fragilaria brevistriata,Cyclotella meneghiniana and Asterione formosa,Glenodinium pulvisculus and Chlamydomonasovalis;In October for 4 kinds,mainly Cyanophyta,Bacillariophyta,Chrysophyte and Chlorophyta, included Merismopedia tenuissima,Cyclotella meneghiniana,Chromulina elegans and Chlamydomonas ovalis. In four of them were given priority to with diatom,dominance also appear in the bacillariophyta,were speech to the little ring,in October was0.663,speech to the little ring algae was one of the dominant species of each month, its dominance was very obvious.In the XiaoXingkai Lake,the of Shannon-wiener index,the of Pielou index,Margalef index pointed out that 12samples were still in the between mild and proper pollution.Diversity index according to the horizontal distribution, Shannon Wiener index and Pielou evenness index change was the same in 12samples, and Margalef index in individual point was different,in four months,three minimum index was1#,2#,11#, this is due to the 1# sample was the main exit of water of farmland, agricultural pollution was significant impac on water qualityt. 2# sample was the same 1#;11# sample stand the human activities more populated areas, sewage discharge and the interference of human activities was increased,so the diversity index is low. So Xiaoxingkai lake was very significant to farmland water and human activities.In four months, three minimum index was 5#,6#,9# sample point,5#,6# was a wetland of upstream,wetland vegetation was rich,good clean-up effect on water, so the water was better, point out non-pollution or light pollution;9# sample was farther,artificial pollution was lesser,the water quality was better, relatively index was higher.The results of Canonical Correspondence Analysis respected that water temperature、TN and BOD5 was main driving factors phytoplankton’s community structure dynamic stste in Xiao xingkai Lake,the second plance,which PH and NTU.The ordination of main phytoplankton speciesabundance revealed an apparently dynamic character, which Cyanophyta,Bacillariophyta,Chrysophyte Cryptophyta and Chlorophyta were mainly under the impact of BOD5,water temperature,TP and NTU.The BOD5 and the water temperature was the main environment variables affecting various of phytoplankton.
