Liaoning Northwest Characteristics With Drought And Flood Regional Response Of Climate Change

Since the global turn warming, the droughts and floods occur frequently than before, serious harm to human life and safety and the environment. And Liaoning northwest as disaster heavier region of Liaoning province in northwest China, Therefore, exploring the area of climate change and drought characteristics is very important.In this paper, using the national climate center provided by 22 weather stations of Liaoning province between 1968-2014 monthly temperature and precipitation data Using linear regression, Z index and Morlet wavelet transform to analyze nearly 47 years in northwestern areas of Climate Change and the response of drought disaster area about Fuxin, Chaoyang and Tieling. The results showed that: 47 a temperature at a rate in northwestern areas near 0.47 / 10 a increased precipitation rate 7.44 mm / 10 a is reduced,℃ the overall trend was warm and dry. From a regional perspective, the strongest sun warming trend for 0.66 / ℃10a, significantly higher than the Fuxin(0.35 / 10a) and Tieling(0.42 / 10a).℃ ℃ Chaoyang district reduced rainfall rate 3.71 mm / 10 a, Fuxin, and Tieling reduce precipitation rates are 12.48 mm / 10 a and 15.68 mm / 10 a, climate warming and drying trend seriously, with the rising temperatures in northwestern areas, precipitation decreased; uneven distribution of precipitation, summer precipitation than in winter precipitation; Partial drought in northwestern areas, drought and extreme drought cycle was 18 years, 8 years and 20 years; partial floods, large floods, extreme floods were the presence of four years, six years and 25-year cycle. Heishan and the nearby area were 40 years Fuxin occurred 4-5 times extremely dry and 7 times floods,it’s need particular attention. From the 70 to 90 years of the 20 th century, mainly in the northwestern areas is partial floods, drought partial in 1980 s, partial drought after 2000 s. Droughts and floods in three regions of the response to climate warming and drying are enhanced drought, there are 18 years of droughts and floods Fuxin primary cycle,experienced a period of drought- floods- drought- flood- drought changes; the droughts and floods regular is similar to the chaoyang and Tieling areas,it exist in the primary cycle of 7-8 years, has experienced during the drought- waterlogging five cycles. The results of this study was to make certain contributions to the Liaoning northwest drought and flood disaster prediction so as to contribute to the Liaoning northwest common development the good situation of economy and environment.
