In this paper, the global stability of a virus dynamics model with intracellular delay, Crowley-Martin functional response of the infection rate and CTL immune response is studied. By constructing suitable Lyapunov functions and using LaSalles invariance principle, the global dynamics is established. This paper is divided into five section. In the first section, the background of virus dynamics, within-host population dynamics and basic content of related mathematical models are introduced. In the sencond section, a virus dynamics model with intracellular delay and Crowley-Martin functional response is discussed. The global stability of uninfected equilibrium and infected equilibrium are established. In the third section, the global stability of a virus dynamics model with Crowley-Martin functional response of the infection rate and CTL immune response is inves-tigated.In the fourth section, the global stability of a virus dynamics model with in-tracellular delay, Crowley-Martin functional response of the infection rate and CTL immune response is studied. In the last section, the contents of this paper are summarized. The analytical methods about the dynamic behaviors and the biological meanings of these models ale discussed. We put forward some prospects.
