Guangdong Renhua Yangtze River region has proven reserves of uraniumresources. Drilling data show that uranium ore in this region have many features, including deep buried, thin seams and ore bodies is small. The exploration of thissmall, buried deep uranium ore body needs higher requirements to conventionalgeochemical methods. has It has important practical significance and scientific valueto Introduced and try new prospecting techniques, especially new technology to findburied mines, for the Yangtze current uranium exploration, and the uraniumexploration for the country. Geogas as a method to probe the deep concealed ore, wasintroduced to China after the late1980s, has experienced20years of development, has yielded some results, but this approach has not been widely applied. In order to put Geogas into commercial applications of geological market, underthe support of the national natural and science foundation of China:the study of gasfield of concealed geological and fracture(Item number:41074094)、National "863"project sub-topics:" comprehensive test and study of field application to thehigh-precision energy spectra detector "(Item number:2012AA061803-06)、the deepexploration study and special of science and technology ministry(Item number:Sinoprob-03-01-4C), detection experimental study of the structure of Nanlingmetallogenic belt crustal magma system——radioactive detection technology andexperiment of Nanling focus ore district deep mineralization information, key scienceand technology projects of Sichuan Provincial Department of Education(Item number:10ZA118): study of the geogas field of concealed metal deposits, This issue hascarried out granite type uranium geogas measurement in Guangdong, Renhua. InGuangdong Renhua Yangtze River study area, we chose the southern、northern and19the three exploration lines as the object of this study, according to the Institute ofNuclear Industry290exploration results in Renhua Yangtze River. The total length oftwo line is1500m, the pitch of geogas is10m, completed in geogas measuring point150.North line and19lines are known survey line, the south line is unknown.Base geogas measurement results, we separated two known geogas anomaly areacaused to uranium in Yangtze River study area. By multivariate statistical analysis inthe known geogas anomaly area caused to uranium,we summarized the basic characteristics of geogas anomaly area caused to uranium, to evaluate the south lineand find the most promising exploration prospecting targets.Through research, this paper obtained the following results:1、Since the granite uranium has steep occurrence and thin features, so we shouldencrypted pitch of measurement points to10m(the pitch of measuring point of geogasto general metal ore bodies is20m).2、We separated five geogas anomaly area according to the geogas result inYangtze River study area. In the top of the known orebody shown a significant geogasanomalies, which indicating that it is valid to use geogas to detecte the Yangtze Rivertype concealed granite uranium.3、It can be drawn that geogas anomalies caused to uranium mining alsoaccompanied by geogas anomalies of a variety of elements, including Th Cu, Pb, Zn,W, Mo, Bi, TREO, Co, Ni, Mn, Sr, Li, Ag and other elements, according to the geogasin the Yangtze study area.4、It can be seen through geogas measurement results in the vicinity of No.61structural alteration zone has corresponding geogas anomalies. In north and19linewhich are two known test line, geogas anomalies caused to uranium appear to the eastside of structural alteration zone. The predicted prospecting targets by multivariatestatistical analysis in the south line also appears in the east of structural alterationzone which shows in the vicinity of No.61structural alteration zone has a goodprospecting potential.5、According to the multivariate statistical analysis of the anomalies caused tomine, we conclude that geogas anomalies caused by uranium has the followingcharacteristics.1)、The result of cluster analysis showed, the similarity of U and Th is better, when cluster they are gathered in one class.2)、The result of factor analysis showed that in first common factor, the load ofU and Th is high, reached more than60%.3)、The result of correlation analysis showed that the elements related to Uinclude rare earth elements, Li、Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu、Sr、Y、Th.6、In the unknown abnormal areas, area five has the known anomalies caused byuranium’s characteristic which can be seen as the most promising prospecting targetsin the south line. The consistency the other two abnormalarea’s multivariate statisticalanalysis with the known abnormal area caused by uranium is not good, it needs for further work to confirms its ore prospects.7、 This paper’s studies confirmed that use multivariate statistical analysismethods to analyze the abnormal area caused by mine to summary the basic featuresof the abnormal area caused by mine to guide the work of exploration of unknownareas is feasible.
