Study On The Management Standards Of National Geological Material Data

Geological material data is the important achievement of geological work for the secondary development and use of geological material data and the excavation of its potential value, and is extremely important for geological scientific research, mineral resource exploration and so on. Since the founding of our country, the basic geological work carried out by us has formed a large number of valuable geological material data, and our country also has promulgated relevant management policies and regulations, which require to carry out the management of geological material data nationwide to ensure that geological material data gives full play to its own value in the field of geological science, research and production. However, the management process of geological material data has not been standardized and the work requirements have not been uniform because the management philosophy is not in place and management method is extensive, which greatly limits the improvement of management level of geological material data. How to achieve standardized and fine management of geological material data, the whole-process control of basic information quality of geological material data and the sturdy development of research and service of geological material data product nationwide, is currently the urgent problem in our geological material data management.This study analyzes the physical geological data management status, for screening physical geological data collection, data warehousing custody, services in three key business link existing problems and the causes of in-depth analysis. On this basis, through the consult literature at home and abroad and field research, using the theory of public product and process control theory, the research on physical geological data of public property, optimize the management process, formulate standards work requirements, in order to solve the current physical geological data management is not standard, the standard question provides reference and reference.The conclusion of this study is the process control concepts into national physical geological data management, through the standard process for each link of management and work requirements, realize the real geological data standardization and fine management. The application of this conclusion is expected to be in a certain extent, to strengthen our country physical geological data management system at all levels, improve the physical geological data management level, promote physical geological data of the second development and utilization of mineral resources in the geological research and field play a more important role.
