The Mu Us Sand Land have a very serious problem of desertification affected by various natural and human factors. With the implementation of afforestation, windbreak and sand fixation and various environmental protection policies, the ecological environment improved rapidly. So we need systematically research and summary the laws of sandy vegetation growth status, spatial pattern, regeneration and succession, provide a theoretical basis for optimize the allocation of resources for the vegetation in sandy areas. This study selected Arternisia ordosica、Salix cheilophila、Sabina vulgaris, studied their branch-leaf aqueous extract on three receptor plants( Hedysarum scoparium、Caragana intermedia、Amorpha fruticosa) by measuring three receptor plants’ root activity, chlorophyll content and membrane permeability, discussed the aqueous extracts of the three donor physiological responses of the three test plants. Through the above work, this paper attempts to study the allelopathic effect between some major construction species to provide a theoretical basis for constitution. The main results are as follows:1) S. cheilophila branch-leaf aqueous showed special inhibition on H. Scoparium, but with the extract concentration increased, the inhibitory effect decreases;A. Ordosica,S. Vulgaris,H. Scoparium branch-leaf aqueous Showed inhibitory effect on H. Scoparium seeding, root activity and chlorophyll content, relative conductivity performance for promotion.2) S. cheilophila branch-leaf aqueous showed the allelopathy regular of “low promote high-suppression” on C. Intermedia seeding, other index showed a regular of inhibition;A. ordosica branch-leaf aqueous showed “low promote high-suppression” on C. Intermedia seed germination, showed inhibition on height and chlorophyll content;S. vulgaris branch-leaf aqueous showed “low promote high-suppression” regulation on C. Intermedia seed germination, performance promotion on Seedling growth, relative conductivity and root activity, inhibition on chlorophyll content; C. Intermedia branch-leaf aqueous showed inhibition on seed germination, a regulation of “low promote high-suppression”on chlorophyll content.3) S. cheilophila and A. fruticosa branch-leaf aqueous showed inhibition on A. fruticosa seed germination and root activity, promotion on seeding growth and relative conductivity;A. ordosica and S. vulgaris Ant. branch-leaf aqueous showed inhibition on A. fruticosa seed germination, root activity and chlorophyll content, promotion on root length,A. ordosica branch-leaf aqueous no effect on relative conductivity of A. fruticosa4) There have different extent of allelopathic effects between several main constructive plants in Mu us sand land. We should try to use a ribbon or mesh planting method on different vegetation to reduce the contact area, planting the same species in a reasonable density to minimize the role of inhibition and competition between them, coupled with some basic forest cultivation methods Planting, to achieve the best vegetation coverage level of Mu Us Sand Land.
