Most of NC system failure data is subjected to the Exponential distribution and Weibulldistribution, and quite a part of the NC machine tools reliability test data are censored data.Researches have shown that at present there is not yet a mature method for confidence intervalestimation of expectation (MTBF value) of Weibull distribution, the mathematical expectationof Weibull distribution(MTBF) carrying out interval estimation is mainly based on the parameterconfidence interval extremums, which exists the problem of bigger error. On the basis of takingFixed Number Censoring test as the test type according to the Weibull distribution model, thispaper deduces the process of seeking the distribution of Weibull expectation (MTBF). And it alsoexpounds in detail the process of seeking the distribution of the parameters of Weibull based onthe examples, which will provide references for seeking of the distribution of Weibulldistribution expectation and has practical significance.This paper studies two methods of seeking confidence interval estimation of two parameterof Weibull distribution.One of methods of seeking confidence interval estimation of twoparameter of Weibull distributionChen. The other method of seeking confidence interval estimation of two parameter of Weibulldistribution is based on the results getting from Weibull analysis of BSI British Standards. Basedon these two methods, the paper applies to practical examples combined with MATLAB andother mathematical software on the distribution of the parameter of exploration and calculation,and makes a discussion about the difficulties and key problems in the process of calculation.
