The purpose of the research paper lies in the angle of the lasting development,according to the demand of the Country Sustainabe Development Semostration ,to construct both regional common character and speciality and to analyze.The first part is theory conclusion,which consists of the first and second chapters.The first chapter mainy observes the foreign and domestic counry's sustainabe development target system,and deepens the understanding of the meaning of the country sustainabe development .It supplys Beibei as the Country Sustainabe Development Semostration.The second chapter make a conclusion about the lasting developmenht target system and evaluate the related theory,which build a strong base for the paper,and offer beneficial suggestion about inovation i detail.The second part is the core content,including the third and forth chapters.Other than numemberous documents directly giving target system,the third chapter practically analyzes Beibei's target system and bankground,adopts domestic conventional systemlized thread;with the country sustainable development demonstration put forward by technology ministry as a model,basing on the content of Beibei districtand China "The Evelenth Five Years Plan"regulation ,makes some proper amendments,finally develop the whole part.Synthetic evaluation in the forth chapter realize the former part's aim.In this part,I make a synthetic evaluation by adopting overall preceding concrete,and the combination of quanity and quality,and the bond of tranverse and logitude.This part avoids only emphasising data in the former documents,and strengthen number annalyzation.The third part makes a resolving suggestion based on the comprehensive analyzation,echoing the principle and aim of target system in the third chapter and evaluation result in the forth chapter.The whole part shows the research result and obvious research guidance.
