Study On Financial Problems Of M&A

Since China socialist market economy system has established, M&A becomes asignificant phenomenon of Chinese economy as well as a major way of improving theenterprise's market competitive power. M&A involves many financial problems,which would be the crux of the matter whether the M&A win or not. Hence, to studyon the financial problems of M&A is of importance from either realistic of theoreticalpoint of view. This article introduces several theories in respective of westerneconomic interpretation of the cause of M&A, and analyze from the point of view offinance the feasibility of its finance, means of payment and refinance, accountingsettlements, accounting and financial conformity etc. The article also suggests on thesolution the financial problems of M&A by means of the theory of the goal enterprisevalue appraisal, capital structure, financial conformity etc.
