The Planning And Evaluation Research On Recycling Economy Construction Of Cities

Environment and development are the major issues in the world today. Tocherish the environment we live in is to cherish our home. In recent years,with the concept?Sustainable Development coming into more and morepeople's lives, another concept?Recycling Economy which is one of theeffective ways to realize sustainable development, is considered of by moreand more countries and theoretical fields.First this paper compares the present situation about the researches onrecycling economy in China and in other countries, so pointing out threereasons for developing recycling economy in China. Chapter 2 takes theindustry city as the object and indicates a city's recycling economyconstruction depends on three aspects. They are reutility of the house refuses,reuse of materials and by-products in industry enterprises and companies, andusing the others' materials for their own end between the industrial companiesin eco-industry Park. Chapter 3 focuses on the evaluation of the results of acity's recycling economy construction. First a complete and independent indexsystem is set up and then putting forward a proposal of using AnalyticHierarchy Process (AHP), Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and FuzzyEvaluation together to evaluate a city's recycling economy construction.Chapter 4 utilizes the conclusions above to analyze the situation of Tangshanin China. Finally this paper sums up the main points of the city's recyclingeconomy construction and points out the way of further study.Recycling economy is a new but rapidly-expanding concept. A lot ofstudies have done on the disposal of house refuses and the terminalmanagement. This paper takes the industry city as the object and studies theindustrial enterprises as well as the house refuses. The innovation of thispaper is that building the evaluation index system and pointing out theevaluation method according to the city's recycling economy construction plan.Through the case study of Tangshan in China using the theoretical conclusionsabove this paper draws the conclusion: ○1 A city's sustainable developmentreally depends on the three aspects of its recycling economy construction. ○2The index system and evaluation method advanced in this paper can reflectthe situation of a city's recycling economy construction.
