Research On Development Of Private Bank In China

The finance is pivot and core of the modem economy, but the bank is the subject of a country or the regional financial system. The pluralism, multi-level economy and property structure need the bank system in conformity with it objectively.Since reform and opening-up, the economy of our country has been developed at full speed, GDP is increasing constantly, and private economy is being developed constantly. The private capital participating in national economy is promoted greatly. But in the central financial system of national economy, the deep of the private capital participated in is very low. With the promotion of the reform, open enlargement, restriction function of current bank system and management mode on the whole financial system are more and more obvious. It also restricts the development of private economic and whole national economy. Under this kind of background, the voice of establishing the private bank is higher and higher in recent years.According to the basic theories of the financial reform and domestic and international latest research results about the private bank, this paper have deeply analyzed on the development of our country private bank at present. The paper mainly adopted the method of theory combining with practice, logic and history unify synthetically , standardize analysis and real example analysis, general research combining with key research , total amount analysis combining with structure analysis.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part defined the definition of the private bank and pointed out the theoretical foundation that the private bank produces. At the same time, it defined the theoretical foundation, research object and method. On the basis of combination of the theory and practice, the second part analyze on the necessity and feasibility of developing our country private bank.Using private bank successful development experience in domestic and international for reference, the third part bring up some ways of developing private bank in our country at present. The fourth part point out possible risk and the countermeasures that our country develops the private bank, and propose further the policy recommendations of the government supporting private bank.The innovation of this paper has two sides, the first is putting the development of private bank under two great backgrounds of socialist market economy and Chinesebanking reform;The second makes use of all kinds of method of analysis, such as logic and history unify synthetically, standardize analysis and real example analysis, general research combining with key research , total amount analysis combining with structure analysis etc.
