A Research On How To Develop The Project Management In State-owned Construction Enterprise Authorized By Chengdu Municipdity

Project Management in Construction is a new construction management mode ,based on construction practice in building the Lubuge Power Station in Yunnan Province. This mode has been practiced in many municipal state-owned construct enterprises in Chengdu city for more than ten years, among which we can get both experiences and lessons.After enough investigation and analysis of construct enterprises in Chengdu city , guided by the basic theory of Project Management in Construction ,this essay makes out a list of problems in project management such as false position fixing of project manager, rough control of enterprises, weak foundation work, secret distribution, unknown award and fine, and so on. After analyzing the reason, the author gives his constructive ideas on eleven matters. They are enterprise management operation system , management organization, project manager position, control level and clerk level, inner-factor marketing, business system management, project managerial responsibility system, budget and cost control, labor and wages, project contract. The author chooses an enterprise as a case study, showing his effective and feasible opinions.
