The Study Of Evaluating Index System Of Enterprise's Core Competence

Using the ways of document researching -. practical researching, visiting, inquiring experts and questionnaire; and combing quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, the index system of the core competence of enterprise has been put forward, including four primary indexes(basic competence, special competence, marketing competence and development) and seventeen second-order indexes.What is more, basing on the enterprise's concrete conditions of our country, suggestions on how to build the core competence of enterprise ,using these indexes, have been put forward.The thesis can be divided into:The outline of enterprise's core competence, including origination , background and basic meaning;Evaluating the conditions of researching (domestic and foreign); researching ways (document researching , practical researching , visiting , inquiring experts and questionnaire);Building model of evaluating ; conclusions and analysise .How to build the core competence of our enterprises: strengthen the enterprise's achievement management ; optimize the structure of organization ; build enterprise's culture ; strengthen enterprise's enterprising spirit; operate brand and informationize.
