Research On The Reconstruction Of Compensation In Xi'an Branch Of Bank Of Communications

With the west development and the opening to capital from overseas in finance fields, much finance institutions such as fund, insurance company and foreign bank swarm into xi'an, and this make the competition in finance field much more furrier. The core of competition in modern company is contest to person with ability. Traditional incentive system in xi'an branch of bank of communications does not adapt to the circumstance, and this decreases the effort of employee and brings high turnover. So analyzing the reconstruction of compensation system with advanced management theory is of some practical importance.After reviewing the agent theory, management incentive theory and human capital theory, the author analyzes the basic ideas and content about the designing of compensation system. And then this paper anatomies systematically the actuality of compensation system in xi'an branch of bank of communications, and proposes its shortcomings such as lacking market ability of competition , equalitarian and the separation between compensation and performance. Basing on correlative theories, the author pays much attention to the reconstruction of compensation system and brings forward the multi-composing designing thinking. At last this research discusses concretely the fix of every compensation item and the practice of new compensation system including the obstacles and resolving measures.The study about the reconstruction of compensation system in xi'an branch of bank of communications after the reforming of finance system will be of some practical importance to resolve such problems as lack fervor in work and high turnover of employees. At the same time this research will also be of some referencing significance to the human strategy of other commercial banks and finance institutions.
