Construction Of Third-Party Logistics System Information Model

Industrialization is the solid foundation of modernization and will support and stimulate its development. However, the logistics industries as our new economic development point and the third profit develops slowly in that services qualities and capabilities aren't high offered by the logistics enterprises. All of these strongly restrain the development of many purchasing enterprises, which want to outsource logistics business. Hence, it is great significance to rapidly develop logistics enterprises and promote the development of the purchasing enterprises.What's the most important things , for the development from the traditional logistics business enterprise to modern logistics business enterprise, are to establish the logistics information system, integrate the resources , optimize the process and to provide every kind of services at the our country .It is obvious that the logistics information system will become the core competencies of the third logistics enterprise. With the advent of WTO, the logistics information system in 3PL will become more important.As logistics in our country is still at the phase of start, the research and application of Logistics Information System (LIS) is in the same condition. This paper tends to take some research on using EB technology and Supply Chain Management (SCM) theory to increase the level of logistics management for enterprises. The key parts are included as following:(1) The paper on the whole analyzed the function of the 3PLIS .(2) With the order information flows for center, the enterprise controled the other logistics operation.The paper includes six parts:In the chapter 1, this chapter analyzed the meaning of the item, particularly summarized the applied actuality of the 3PL information system.In the chapter 2, this chapter summarized and analyzed the basic theory and notion of the logistics and 3PL, where the define , feature and the basic type were concluded .At the same time, the chapter discussed the feature and meaning of the logistics information system .In the chapter 3, this chapter analyzed and compared the practice of the 3PL in the homeland and abroad .What's the most important instruction is the 3PLI system is necessary.In the chapter 4, the chapter discussed some technique of the 3PLI which concluded developed tool, the net structure and communicated equip technique.In the chapter 5, the chapter , on the basic of the four chapters above , put forward the design of the affair flow in the 3PL, especially discussed the design of the order disposed module, the storage module and the transport module .In the chapter 6, this chapter put a brief analyse of the BaoGong LIS which is the mirror of the 3PLIS in china.
