The Study On Job Analysis Of AE Group Company

With the high-speed development of intellective economy, more and more entrepreneurs in China have realized that human resource management (HRM) is very important. At the same time, they begin to pay more attention to job analysis, which is the basic of the HRM.This thesis bases on the theory of job analysis and the four-months practice on job analysis in AE Group Company. It summarizes the process of this study and some idea about job analysis and HRM. There are five parts in this thesis.The first part is the outline of job analysis theory. In this part, conception and terms of job analysis, development of job analysis, main content of job analysis, principles and technique of job analysis and job analysis' effect are introduced in six sections.The second part is about the object of this study. It introduces AE Group Company' s development, organizational structure and employee in brief. It expatiates status of the company' s HRM and job analysis. The problem has appeared request an external job analysis for the company.The third part is about the whole process of the study. There are four phases in this study. Firstly, the work team for this study is formed. The objective of job analysis, the scope of job analysis, requested data and techniques for data collecting are confirmed in this phase. Secondly, the work team collects and analysis data carefully according to work plan. Thirdly, the work team writes job specifications. During this time, theory and technique of organization behavior are used to analysis and solve the conflict caused by job.The Last phase is about the use of job specifications in the HRM system of the company.In the fourth part of the thesis, the effect and insufficiency of this study are evaluated. The last part of the thesis is about some suggestion for the HRM and job analysis in small or medium privately owned company in China.
