Research On Establishment Of Achievement Evaluation System For Baoding Monetary Paper Plant

Baoding Monetary Paper Plant is a general money manufacturing company, which is under the direct control of Bank of China. It is a monolog company. However, with the continuous system reform of the state-owned enterprises, it is necessary to introduce the achievement evaluation system into enterprise management. This system adopts the comprehensive method, which combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. It aims to highlight the industrial theme of good quality and safe issuing of the printing and manufacturing industry, to reflect the goal of increasing profits by scientific management, to ensure the effective implement of development strategy of enterprise and to speed up the process of scientific management for enterprises. The creative point of this paper is to establish an index system according to the characteristics of enterprises, and uses hierarchical analysis to determine the weight of each index in the achievement evaluation system for Baoding Monetary Paper Plant, and it uses fuzzy evaluation method to realize quick scoring for the qualitative index. Finally, suggestions are proposed.
